AI is changing the way great Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches work — and this course gives you the practical skills to keep up and get ahead.

In this live half-day session, you will learn how to apply AI tools directly to your everyday Scrum and Agile practice. We cover AI-assisted facilitation for Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. You will learn coaching techniques powered by AI that help you spot team patterns and blockers faster. We will work through generating and refining user stories and acceptance criteria using proven AI prompting techniques. And you will leave with a personal AI toolkit tailored specifically to your role as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

This is not a theoretical course. Every skill is immediately applicable — you can use what you learn in your very next sprint. Sessions are kept small at a maximum of 12 participants so every attendee gets direct access to instructor Rod Claar, an experienced Agile Coach and AI practitioner with decades of real-world software delivery experience.

No prior AI experience is required. Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is expected. A certificate of completion is included. $299 per seat.
