Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you register

No prior AI experience is required. This course is designed specifically for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who are new to AI. If you have run a Sprint, you have everything you need to get started. We begin with the fundamentals and build practical skills throughout the session.
We cover a range of practical AI tools relevant to Scrum and Agile roles, including large language models such as ChatGPT and Claude for writing, coaching, and facilitation support. We focus on tools that are accessible today without requiring any technical setup or coding skills. You will also learn how to evaluate new AI tools as they emerge so your skills stay current.
This is a live instructor-led course delivered online via Zoom. You attend a scheduled half-day session with Rod Claar and other participants. This format allows real-time questions, group exercises, and direct coaching — which makes learning significantly more effective than watching pre-recorded videos.
Upon successful completion you receive:
  • Certificate of Completion from AgileAIDev.com
  • A curated personal AI toolkit built during the session
  • A set of AI prompt templates for Scrum ceremonies and coaching
  • Access to any post-class resources shared by the instructor
If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the class start time for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future class date. If AgileAIDev cancels or reschedules a session, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future date — your choice. Contact us at rod@AgileAIDev.com with any questions.
After registering you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and any pre-class instructions. A reminder email will be sent before the session. All you need is a computer with a browser, a stable internet connection, and a free Zoom account. No software installation is required beyond Zoom.
This course is designed for working Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches with real sprint experience. It is not the right fit if you are completely new to Scrum or Agile — we recommend starting with a foundational Scrum course first. It is also not a deep technical AI or machine learning course — we focus on practical application, not theory or coding.
Yes. Group and corporate pricing is available for teams of three or more. We can also deliver this course as a private session exclusively for your organization on a date that works for your team. Contact Rod directly at rod@AgileAIDev.com to discuss group rates and private delivery options.
